Internal Iron Palm Course Outline

Internal Iron Palm has fifteen levels. You are entering at the most important level. It will include a six-week eating habit of no processed sugars, no yellow vegetables, no alcohol or drugs, and no sexual activities.

This is accomplished while performing daily practice of 20 minutes, using particular breathing skills, and specific hand motions. A special homemade Dit Da Jow is rubbed onto the hands both before and after practice. This specially formulated lotion was rated the “Worlds Best” in 1986 in China. This formula is used to keep the hands from cramping and enhances the Chi. The total program is three months long.

Please remember that the beginning diet is just for the first six weeks of the program. Normal activities may be done after that time. Please realize that you do not have to go through all 15 levels of Iron Palm, as one can stay with the first level for two years and reap many benefits. People have stayed with this level for one year and could break a concrete patio block on their knees, at arms length, with a six inch slapping strike; not to mention having a large amount of Chi Kung for healing others.

The Internal Iron Palm Program Includes the Following:

Initial interviews that may require some character references in order to undertake the program. Applicant may be turned down and all fees will be refunded at that time. An Application and Release Form, with payment, must be turned into this Society before you are allowed to proceed with the first Deng level.
Setup of the special apparatus needed to perform the training will be required. (This is supplied by CFCWA.)
Herbs are supplied that go with the apparatus.
Our World famous "Dit da Jow" can be supplied at an extra Fee of $5.00 per ounce. This is made from a Master Shaolin Secret formula, which received a Gold Medal Award at the 4th World Chinese Medical Conference in 1999.

First Deng Iron Palm rank (Ting Shi Title) - certified international rank. Deng ranks are professional ranks, more than Karate Kyu ranks, but less than Black belt Dan ranks.
NOTE: There are five Deng ranks and ten Dan ranks in the Iron Palm system (Based on the five elements of Chinese Medicine).

Course Fees

The Program fee is $400.00 upon interview for the first level. Subsequent levels are each $400, up to First Duan. Further steps in the Iron Palm and certification can be done upon your request for additional fees.
